Terms of Sale

These terms govern your purchase of a QuickYap licence from Locoritech. Buying means you agree to them — they're short on purpose.

What you're buying

A licence to use QuickYap on up to 3 Macs, for one person. The licence is personal to you — please don't share your key, resell it, or post it publicly. Keys shared beyond the 3-device limit may be deactivated.

Plans

• Monthly — £4.99/month: renews automatically each month until cancelled.
• Annual — £34.99/year: renews automatically each year until cancelled.
• Lifetime — £99 one-off: a single payment for continued use of the app, including updates, for as long as we make it. "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the product — we don't promise the company or the app will exist forever, but we're not planning to go anywhere.

Free trial

Every device gets a 7-day free trial — no card required, no charge, no automatic conversion. The trial simply expires; you only pay if you choose to buy.

Cancelling

Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from your customer portal (link in your licence email or via support). Access continues until the end of the paid period — cancelling stops future charges, it doesn't end access early.

The software itself

QuickYap is provided with reasonable skill and care, but we can't promise it will be perfect, uninterrupted, or compatible with every future macOS or YouTube change (YouTube is a third-party site — we adapt as it evolves, but can't control it). Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
